Upholstery Course Wednesday 11th January, 10am - 3pm David Taylor of Taylor Rowe will teach you all there is to know about upholstering at home. You'll learn lots of trade secrets under David's excellent tuition. Due to the popularity of David's course we have added an extra date we have added an extra date. £140pp, 10 week course. Dress making, tailoring & soft furnishings course Tuesday 10th & Wednesday 11th January, 10am – 3pm Dorothy Dale's classes are for beginners as well as expert dressmakers. Dorothy will cover all fashion aspects including specialist sewing techniques, fitting garments, choice of fabrics and colour co-ordination. £140pp, 10 week course. Wedding Showcase Saturday 14th & Sunday 15th January, 12noon - 4pm Come and see Kirkley Hall looking at it's very best dressed for a wedding. You'll get to see our elegant rooms set up for a civil ceremony, a wedding breakfast and a reception and speak to our wedding co-ordinators about our special offers for 2012. (Please note this is not a wedding fair). FREE entry. Carvery Sunday Lunch Sunday 29th January, 12noon - 2pm Enjoy a delicious four course homemade carvery lunch and sample fine wines from our menus. £14.95pp, this is a popular event so booking is essential. Spiritual Health & Healing Fair Sunday 5th February, 11am - 5pm Clairvoyants and alternative healers from all over the UK will showcase their talents at the spiritual health and healing fair. It will include over ten clairvoyant/tarot readers, an aura photographer, Reiki healing, non-contact spiritual massage, passt life regression therapy, hypnotherapists, crystal stalls and more. Valentines Extravaganza with Natalie Dean Tuesday 14th February, 7pm for 7.30pm - midnight Natalie won the hearts of millions with appearance on the ITV show Stars in their Eyes. Enjoy a delicious four course meal then be wowed by Natalie as she performs songs from the great divas of the past and present including Shirley Bassey, Aretha Franklin, Diana Ross, Nina Simone, Doris Day and Amy Winehouse. £25.95pp, early booking advised to avoid disappointment. Easter Egg Decorating with Kenspeckle Friday 6th April, 10am - 1pm Easter is a time for giving and what better gift than an Easter Egg you have made yourself. Join the chocolatiers from Kenspeckle on the 6th April and learn how to design and create your own chocolate eggs. All material and equipment will be provided (including lots of chocolate), you will need to turn up and make some great eggs to share with your friends and loved ones.
